  WHAT HAPPENED?

  The United States international formed part of the Rossoneri side that tumbled out of the Champions League following a shock knockout phase play-off defeat to Feyenoord. He then found himself on the wrong end of a 2-1 scoreline against Torino in Serie A.

  Pulisic had the opportunity to net his 13th goal of the season in that contest, when Milan were trailing 1-0, but fluffed his lines from 12 yards as he failed to convert from the spot – tarnishing his previously unblemished record in that department.

  Pulisic remains a talismanic presence for Milan, but has posted on social media after seeing collective and individual standards slip: “Really tough week. Hate letting down this amazing fan base, Will give everything to finish this season on a positive note.”
