Fletcher, 37, was out of contract at the end of the club's triumphant League Two promotion campaign but has now committed to another year at the Racecourse Ground and will stay at the Welsh club until the end of the 2024-25 season. Arriving as a free agent in September 2023, the experienced forward scored eight goals in 34 appearances last season to contribute to their promotion push – including a hat-trick against Barrow at home.
